Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in St Helier, just a short walk to the town center. The rooms, though reasonably quiet, had minor maintenance issues. The service was a mix of lovely and attentive staff but with occasional lapses. The dining experience was highlighted by a variety of options but some dishes were not up to standard. The location is excellent for town access, with a downside of traffic noise in the mornings.
The hotel had well-furnished rooms with plenty of storage and hanging space. It was reasonably quiet, though those facing the main road might experience noise, especially in the summer with open windows. The room rate for an executive room was on the low side, but having two armchairs took up too much space and made things a bit messy. On the upside, the rooms felt airy.
The hotel offers spacious and well-cared-for rooms without air conditioning, conveniently situated next to each other. The service is exceptional, with very polite and helpful staff. The location is within walking distance of the town center, but not accessible by lift. Dining provides plenty of excellent options, including a beautiful fruit salad, and the facilities are top-notch.
